Why
Why we started Dodai Studio.
You may already have paid someone without ever knowing what they did. A consultant who hands over a report and disappears. An agency whose work you never see.
We started Dodai Studio because we were looking for people who would do the work with us, not explain how to do it. We didn't find any.
Today we open places, we fill them, we keep them running. What makes them last is what a customer lives walking in, and what they say about it afterwards. There are three of us, with over a hundred partners across Japan we bring in as your project needs them. You manage one relationship, ours.

Common questions.
What does it cost?
Two models, depending on the service. One-off missions and opening projects are quoted as a fixed fee. Monthly support runs on a subscription, with a one-time setup at the start. The amount depends on your tools and your place. We put a figure on it at the second meeting.
How soon can we start?
Depending on scheduling, as early as the following week.
Do you work outside Tokyo?
Our office is in Tokyo, but we work across Japan. Openings, turnarounds, monthly support: anywhere.
We don't speak Japanese. Is that a problem?
No. We work in French, English and Japanese. Speak whichever you prefer, we handle the rest.
Who owns the accounts you set up?
You do. The LINE account, the Google listing, the domain name, your customer list: all opened in your name. You can leave whenever you want.
