Your customers come back. Without you thinking about it.

We connect your tools, bring your customers into one list, and look after the rest every month. The work you put into the room stops being forgotten.

What you get

0106

Time back, and customers who return.

Your evenings

No more writing posts after closing. We keep the rhythm for you, and you stay in the room.

Your customers, together

Who they are, when they came, what they like. One list, in your name.

A head start

Cherry blossom, Golden Week, Obon, New Year. Ready before you think of it.

Decisions you can trust

You know what worked, in numbers, and what deserves a second run.

Nobody comes back to a place they did not enjoy. What we put in place makes the ones who did think of it again at the right moment.

What we put in place

0206

Four pieces of work, once.

Your customer list

A LINE official account, a QR code in the shop, your Google and Tabelog listings kept current. Every visit becomes a contact.

Your tools, connected

Till, bookings, online shop, social accounts. They finally work together.

Your messages, well timed

Welcome, thank you, birthday, an invitation to come back. Written in your tone, not a software's. Nothing for you to trigger.

Your numbers, readable

A dashboard, and a review every month. Who comes, who comes back, what worked.

No website, or one that no longer looks like you? We build that too.

Café counter in the morning, window light, coffee beans and a notebook.

The assistant

0306

An assistant that gets there first.

It's connected to your tools. It sees who comes in, what sells, what's coming up on the calendar.

On Monday it tells you what is worth doing this week. You say yes, or you correct it in one line.

You don't have to think about it. It thinks about it for you.

And when you have an idea

An evening to announce on Saturday? A menu to translate? A quiet Tuesday to fill?

You ask. It proposes. You approve.

How it works

0406

Three to four weeks, and one hour of your time.

A thirty-minute call

We look at your tools. You leave with a written summary and a costed proposal.

An hour to pin it down

Your tone, your habits, your access. That is the only time we take from you.

We build, you sign off

List, tools, the year ahead, visuals in your colours. Then it runs.

Who this is for

0506

Who this is for.

Your place works, and your customers slip away

Full at the weekend, quiet midweek. You would like to reach the people who already came.

Nobody is doing the marketing

No budget for an agency, no time in the evening, and five tools to learn, no thanks.

You have several addresses

Each one communicates on its own. You would like one view of it all.

You've just opened

Better to start with the right habits than to catch up in two years.

FAQ

0606

Common questions.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup at the start, then a monthly subscription. The amount depends on your tools and the size of your place. We put a figure on it at the second meeting.

Does it work with my till and my booking system?

With most common tools, yes. If yours is less common, we look at it together before you commit, and we tell you plainly.

How much of my time does it take?

An hour at the start, to pin down the tone and give us access. After that, a few minutes on Monday to approve what we suggest.

Is there anything to install or learn?

No. Nothing to install, no dashboard to check every day.

Do you work outside Tokyo?

Yes, anywhere in Japan. In Tokyo we are glad to come by; elsewhere, it all comes together just as well without a visit.

Who owns the accounts you create?

You do. The LINE account, the Google listing, the domain, your customer list. All opened in your name, and they stay yours if you leave.

Is there a commitment?

Three months at the start, long enough for the setup to show results. After that, month by month.

Do you run the business too?

No. Service, staff and purchasing stay yours: we hand you the tools, you keep the room. If you want us to work on the room with you, on site, that is Turning your business around. If you are looking to hand over operations, that is Handing over operations.
