Get the distance back, then the results.

What you get

0105

A fresh read, and an order of play.

A cause, not opinions

Everyone has a view on your place. None of them rest on your numbers. Ours do.

Priorities

What to fix first, what can wait, and what is not worth doing.

Effects within weeks

Photos, Google listing, drinks list. Some things move fast while the deeper work gets going.

One point of contact

We bring in whatever the work needs, we lead it, and you only ever manage one relationship.

When you're in it every day, you stop seeing it. That's about distance, not ability.

How it works

0205

We look, we cost it, we work through it.

One or two days on site

During service and outside it. Your numbers, your offer, your purchasing, your team, your customers. We read your numbers before we arrive.

A plan, not a report

Ten days later, a detailed quote. Every action named, costed, in order. You see the total and every line.

Six to twelve months

We lead, we convene, we follow up, we report back. You decide every action and approve every cost.

You can stop after the first step. Most people don’t.

Setting out product labelling on a concept-store table, window light.

What we set in motion

0305

What we set in motion.

The offer and the margins

Rebuild, pricing, cost of goods, organisation. And the drinks list, usually the fastest lever.

Purchasing

Renegotiated terms, new suppliers, waste, stock.

The team

Hiring, Japanese contracts, rotas, keeping people. And how your team welcomes a customer, worked through with them over the months we are there.

The brand and the place

Positioning, signage, photos, platforms. What your place says when you walk past it, and what you find once you are inside.

Based on what the visit showed. One invoice, one contact.

Who this is for

0405

Who this is for.

You don't know where the problem is

You don't know what to fix first.

You know what to do, but not who with

Rebuild the offer, renegotiate, hire. Neither the time nor the right people.

You have several places and one is falling behind

Same concept, same team, different results. There is a reason.

You've taken over an existing place

You've inherited an offer, a team and contracts you didn't choose.

You have to answer to someone

A partner, an investor, a bank. You need a written plan and someone who executes it.

FAQ

0505

Common questions.

Does this stay between us?

Yes. We never name a business in difficulty, not as a reference, not as an example, and we do not discuss your situation with anyone.

What does it cost?

The visit and the plan are a fixed fee, based on the size and number of locations. We give it to you on the first call. What follows depends on what the plan finds, and you see it line by line before you commit.

Why pay before the visit?

Because we block one or two days and we work on your numbers before we arrive. And because a plan you haven't paid for is a plan you won't act on.

Do I have to continue afterwards?

No. You get the quote, and you take all of it, part of it, or none.

How long does the work last?

Six to twelve months. Under that, there isn't time to see whether the changes are doing anything.

Will I have several suppliers to manage?

No. One invoice, ours, and one contact. We bring in what is needed and we handle it.

Do you work outside Tokyo?

Yes, anywhere in Japan. Travel costs are stated upfront, never after.

What if my cash won't last the month?

Then a turnaround plan changes nothing. Talk to your accountant and your bank first. We will be here after.

How is this different from Bringing customers back?

There, we set up the tools and you run them day to day. Here, we come on site and work through it with you and your team, session after session, over six to twelve months. Same subject, two ways of going at it.

Do you take the controls?

No. You stay the owner and you approve every cost. If you are looking to hand over operations, that is a different door.

Handing over operations

Let's talk before you decide.

Book a call

A thirty-minute call. We'll tell you plainly whether we can help, what the visit would cost, and what we'd do in your position.
