What you get
0104
Your time, and your numbers.
The day to day, gone
Purchasing, rotas, suppliers, maintenance, compliance. You stop opening your phone at midnight.
Management that answers
We hire the manager, we supervise them, we replace them if we have to. We answer to you for it.
Numbers every month
Revenue, margins, payroll, footfall. Compared with last month and with last year.
An exit already written
The term and the conditions for ending it are in the initial proposal, not in a later amendment.
What stays yours
0204
What stays yours.
The business, the lease, the brand. Nothing changes hands.
The decisions that shape the future: the concept, investment, a possible sale. We give our view, you decide.
Your numbers, available whenever you want, without having to ask.
The option to take back control, written into the contract from the start.
We tell you before you find out: a team leaving, a supplier putting prices up, a month falling behind.
Who this is for
0304
We don't take on every place.
The economics have to support outside management. Handing over operations costs money. If the place doesn't generate enough to cover it, nobody is being helped.
If your place is struggling, this isn't where to start. We look at where the problem comes from first, we build a plan, and we work through it with you. Delegating comes after, if it makes sense.
Turning your business aroundWe work with owners who have the means to match their ambition. You live elsewhere, you have several places, you're carrying an investment, or you have simply decided to move on to something else.
How it works
0404
Two to three months before the handover.
A call, then a visit
We listen and tell you plainly whether this is realistic. Then your numbers, your contracts, your team.
A written proposal
What we take on, what we are aiming for, what it costs, and how it ends. You read it, you negotiate, you decide.
Handover, then operations
One to three months to take over manager, team, suppliers and tools. You introduce us, then you step back.
FAQ
Common questions.
How is it charged?
A monthly fee, plus a variable share tied to the results of the place. Part of what we earn depends on what you earn.
Do I stay the owner?
Yes, entirely. The business, the lease and the brand stay yours.
How long is the commitment?
The term and the exit conditions are set in the initial proposal. We don't sign a mandate without knowing how it ends.
What if I want to take back control?
It's written into the contract. We organise the handover rather than being caught out by it.
Who decides what?
Day-to-day operations, us. The concept, investment and any sale, you. The written proposal spells out each case.
Who employs the staff?
That is decided case by case, depending on your structure and ours, and it is written into the proposal. We talk it through on the first call.
Do you work outside Tokyo?
Yes. Depending on distance, that means a stronger presence on site, which is reflected in the fee.
Do you buy the place?
No. We run it, you stay the owner.
What if my place is struggling?
Then delegation isn't the right starting point. We begin by understanding where the problem comes from.
