    Menya Inoichi

    A Kyoto legend, nine years of Michelin Bib Gourmand. One hundred per cent fish broth, no animal fat. Branding by House Industries, who have worked for Hermès and Porsche. Fifteen counter seats.

    MOSH Burger & Bar

    Mos Burger opens its first cocktail bar. Cheeseburgers meet craft drinks in a sleek Ginza space. An unexpected pivot from a fast-food chain that is fifty years old.

  • GaienmaeSpecialty coffee

    Urban Coffee Roaster

    Hong Kong brand, first standalone address outside its home market. Founded by champion barista Gary Au. Twenty seats, Hong Kong-inspired cocktails, and the Red Dot Award-winning 2-Way Cup.

    ADSB Andersson Bell

    The Swedish-Korean label opens its first Japan flagship. Three floors in a former Vivienne Westwood space. Brutalism meets colour, by I IN architects.

  • EbisuCraft distillery bar

    BAR SATOYAMA SPIRITS

    Japanese botanicals meet craft spirits. Local flowers, fruits and plants distilled into cocktails. A collaboration between Dynac and the Japan Botanical Research Institute.
